Changes & Rescheduling
Requests to change or reschedule a tour must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Junkanoo Island Tours reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests.
Check-In Requirements
Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Weather & Operational Changes
Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. Junkanoo Island Tours reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Safety & Conduct
All guests must follow the instructions of tour guides and staff at all times.
Junkanoo Island Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who:

Is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol

Acts in a dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful manner

Fails to follow safety instructions

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in any tour or activity, guests acknowledge that adventure and transportation activities may involve certain risks. Guests participate at their own risk and agree that Junkanoo Island Tours is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tour, except where required by law.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal items. Junkanoo Island Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, guests consent to the use of their image in marketing materials unless they notify staff in advance.
